Works under close supervision of the Maintenance supervisor to provide maintenance support to production, packaging, warehousing, and facility and office areas.
KEY JOB DUTIES - Assists machine operators with machine setups and training as required. - Assists workers in trouble-shooting machinery and equipment failures. - Responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance on all equipment. - Inventories parts and tools when requested. Observes safe handling of tools. - Follows safety regulations when repairing or adjusting machinery. - Maintains production/packaging equipment downtime report for Maintenance Supervisor. - Adjusts work schedule to support production requirements. - Performs facility maintenance when appropriate. - Interfaces with other managers and supervisors as needed. - Performs tooling inspection, cleaning and repairs as needed.
COMPANY REQUIREMENTS ? Must be able to read, write, and converse in the English language. ? Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. ? Must be able to work in a variety of conditions: noise, dust, heavy lifting, repetitive motion, standing for long periods of time. ? Must be able to recognize audible hazards. ? Follow GMP, PPE, and company safety policies in performance of job duties. ? Maintain good attendance. ? Perform other projects / duties as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS ? High school diploma or GED ? Two or more years? related experience in a manufacturing environment ? Dry Wall ? Electrical ? Oil changes along with some mechanical
Rotating schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:30am to 1:30pm or 8am to 4:30pm
